I live in the town of Hanceville, Alabama(Cullman Co.) about 2 minutes away from Wallace State College, whose library has one of the best Genealogy Collections for research in the Southeastern US. For a listing of some of their holdings click here. This by no means is a complete listing of all of their genealogical holdings but will give you an idea of what they have.

I also have access to the US Census Records covering the census years 1790 to 1930.
