The Pendleton Swingers Square Dance club was formed in Pendleton,  SC in the year 1986. We  now have approximately 32 members from all over upstate SC. We are members of the Piedmont Square Dance Association, (PSDA), and of the South Carolina Square and Round Dance Federation.

         Our scheduled club dances are on the first and third Fridays of each month from 8:00PM until 10:00PM.

        We dance at the mainstream level with announced plus tips.  We also offer line dancing between tips.

         Our club caller is Tom Pustinger from Spartanburg, SC.  His wife Nancy cues line dancing for us.  Tom and Nancy call for us on one Friday each month, and we use guest callers from throughout the area for the other Friday.  Tom also serves as our instructor when we offer square dance classes.

         Occasionally we have other Special Dances.  These dances usually will have callers that are nationally known.  (see the "Special Dances" page for the information on these dances).
