This is intended to be a list of things I'm working on, whether terrain, miniatures, scenarios or whatever. Some projects get done quickly, others get set aside for a year or two, and some hang around so long I give them to someone else just to get rid of them. There's a chance that this page will encourage me to work more diligently than I otherwise might. (Just don't hold your breath ...) At the bottom of the page are links to various pictures that haven't been worked into the site yet.

Projects

Repairing and reorganizing my old Beakie marines and their vehicles.

Painting the rest of the Liberation Brotherhood (AKA the Libbies) infantry. When finished, they'll have two line platoons (each with one 5-man Platoon HQ and three 10-man line squads) and one weapons platoon (Platoon HQ, plus three 6-man weapon squads). The core of these figures started out as Brood Brothers (the line squads still get used as such), but are also fielded as Imperial Guard, Planetary Defense Forces, Colonial Militia, well-organized rebels and general-purpose mid-tech SF troops.

Kitbashing some squirt pistols (found in packs of the three at the local dollar store) into one man speeders. The first one is complete, and can be seen on its own page. I plan to make several more for myself - three for the Outworld Alliance, one for the IISP and possibly some for use by pirates.

Working on a science fiction background for my games. This is really an ongoing project, but I figured I'd include it here :) Information on the T'Lik and the Empire is mostly done; the former still needs to have some stuff added (Slammer activation, TO&Es, etc.).

Finished Projects

The Very Important Building. The VIB is intended to be the presidential mansion for a backwater world, but will also be used as a government building or any other structure of consequence. It's two stories tall and is the largest (intact) building I've made. The first floor has three rooms and the second floor has four. I may get a better picture of this up at some point.

Building a tank platoon by kitbashing some Dollar Store toy tanks. This photo shows (from Left to Right) the toy as it looked originally (sans electric motor and control), one of the half-completed tanks and a finished model. The lower hull is replaced with a new one made from foamcore; a coaxial gun, sensor mast and antenna are added and the old hatch is cut away. The new hatches are made from green stuff and a button.
