Are you interested in presenting one of
Laura Pfizenmayer’s published skits or plays in your community? It
is easier than you’d think and extremely cost effective. Scroll
through the attached play list and choose your favorites then email
Laura at lpfiz@bellsouth.net
with your request. Laura receives a $25.00 consultation fee and
royalties of $50.00 for the opening night and $35.00 for every
performance there after. There is no script cost as the play you have
chosen will be emailed or sent to you on CD so you can print out as
many copies as you’ll want or need.
We have assembled a lending library of several of
the shows that we have personally co-directed and or co-produced.
These can be mailed to you at $10.00 per play.
You will be responsible for returning them to us at
your own cost after viewing them. Waiting Rooms and Crystal
& JT’s Wedding Shower and Fish Fry are both currently
available.
The Whitfield Trilogy
These endearing plays have enchanted local audiences
for years. Theater goers easily relate to the drama and comedic events
in the everyday lives of one of the rural south’s most endearing,
and dysfunctional family. Each play can stand alone as a single venue.
We’ve found that they are best presented in an ongoing series of
plays as our returning audiences anticipate the next adventure of the
Whitfields and their family.
Waiting Rooms by Laura Pfizenmayer
Mamma Alma has not been feeling well so her
daughters Savannah, Augusta, Charlotte and her sweet daughter in law
Mary Lee bring life and hilarity to every waiting room they encounter
along the way. Son Montgomery has a ‘thing about hospitals’. Dog
tranquilizers, trailer parks and unrequited love underscore this crowd
pleasing comedy that is guaranteed to remind you of similar events in
the ongoing lives of your own family, neighbors and friends.
