The Friends of the Library are now accepting pre-orders for our cookbook which is expected to be available before Christmas. Quantities will be limited. Please submit your pre-order to Karen Chambers or Joyce Chandler. Price will be $10.00 for each book. Reserve yours now! Phone 776-2796




The library is fully equipped with over 20,000 books including 500 reference
and genealogy books, 3 sets of encyclopedias, and many features for the
entire family: accelerated reading books, summer reading program in June
and July for ages 1-12, genealogy section, a copier, and the library now has 7 computers, 6 for the public l for the staff. The computers have access to the internet via DSL.

The library was awarded The Standard of Excellence Award by
The Alabama Public Library Service.
In 1998 the library received the 1-Star Award, and in 1999 and 2000 they 
received the 2-Star Award.

Copy Machine Use: $.25 a copy.

The Woodville Public Library was established October 1984 in the 
Bob Jones Community Center and moved to its current location in 1989.
