This Web Site is all about new cars and used cars. J. P. Thibodeaux Inc. is a  Franchised Dealership for Honda, Nissan and Kia New Cars and Used Cars which offers Sales, Service, Parts and Financing of new and used automobiles . J. P. Thibodeaux is located in New Iberia, La. about 20 miles from Lafayette, La. We have three separate showrooms for our Nissan, Kia and Honda vehicles. J. P. Thibodeaux Honda is located at 2511 U. S. Hwy 90 West and J. P. Thibodeaux Nissan is at 2417 U. S. Hwy 90 West which is located side-by-side, while J. P. Thibodeaux Used Cars is located right between the two new vehicle dealerships. The Kia Dealership is known as Kia of New Iberia which is located at 509 W. Admiral Doyle Drive and also has previously owned vehicles to offer the public.

Hi, they call me "The Juice". The reason why is because of my name which is Oliver J. Pratt. They started calling me O. J., and from there they started calling me, "The Juice". People often ask if it is O. J. Simpson, and my answer to that before I retired was NO! I'm the one that cuts prices, not throats. I'm sorry but while the trial was going on with O. J. Simpson I got bombarded with this question every time I answered the phone, so I had to come up with something to throw them off and get back to business. I was a salesperson you see, so I had to get back to the business at hand of selling automobiles. I was in the automobile business for 36 years of which I spent 28 of those wonderful years at J. P. Thibodeaux Inc. Much of this website will be devoted to the automobile business because this is where I spent most of my life and don't know too much about anything else.

Because of health reasons I decided to retire from J. P. Thibodeaux Inc. in July of 2006. I'm not sure yet which one I prefer if its working with all of my friends at the dealership or if its doing anything I feel like doing with other friends that are retired and not working. I still love the dealership and visit them quiet frequently when I'm not busy running errands for my wife or my four granddaughters who has kept me busy until now. I also do things like fishing, hunting, taking vacations, going to the movies and just anything else I feel like doing. Isn't life wonderful when you've served your time and can do just about anything you feel like doing?
