Hi, my name is Judy Leonard. I have been sewing for years - since I was a little girl, actually, and love anything to do with color, texture, fabric - I was the same way about the Siamese cats I formerly bred and showed throughout the United States, and the fancy cat show accessories I sewed for myself and other exhibitors. That love of color, texture and anything to do with fabric has carried over into my current sewing projects. I love to create beautiful totebags, stockings, sachets and pillows with that special touch vintage trims and colors gives.  The Cottage Chic Shabby look is my favorite!

I design my bags as I go depending on what interesting fabrics or materials I may find. I love mixing quality vintage fabrics and antique accessories with the finest modern quilters cottons and home dec materials. Sometimes I use bits of delicate, vintage crocheted or tatted doillies, embroidered dresser scarves - even vintage hankies. On the inside I use only the best lining fabrics, fleece interfacing for softness and the very best threads.  If the item doesn't meet my standards, I won't offer it to you.
