Bell work:       Start your computers.  (The surge detector will be turned off.)

Open Ms. Jones web page and find the assignments for today.

Class work:     Update your grade sheet. You may open the Command Center to do this!

Mrs. Jones will go over cold boot and warm boot.

                                    Ask Jeeves about a warm boot and add the definition to your notes.

                                    Add to your notes information about warm and cold boot.

                        Finish the first 4 thinking maps from last week.

                        Make a double bubble map on cold and warm boot. Follow these guidelines

                                    You have at least 9 bubbles (3 on the left, 3 in the middle and 3 on the right)

You have a frame with at least 1 source in the frame.

You have changed fonts and colors.

You have written a paragraph about warm and cold boot in the writing section. 

You have the school header (only 4 lines and left aligned) on the map and the writing.

You have changed to margins to .5 all the way around

It prints to 2 pages – 1 for the map and 1 for the writing.

It is spaced nicely on the page and takes up most of the page.

You have named the tabs for the map and the writing appropriately.

You have completed a spell check on both the writing and the map.

The dialog box says “Great Work” when you check the map.

You have saved it 2 places as “booting lastname + initial”

                                    Save it to the assignments folder on the network. (This is the only file that you will save only 1 place!)

Fill in personal information and save it 2 places on the network.
