Studio Fee

Studio Fee - is a charge for all the services that we provide. It covers a whole day of painting (No hourly charges!) We provide everything necessary for your painting experience. We have the instructions, idea books and samples, colored glazes, stamps, stencils, sponges and everything for your use. After you are done painting, we dip your piece in clear glaze and fire it in one of our kilns, making it food safe.

The studio fee is half the cost of the pieces you paint. For example, a napkin holder which costs $10 would be a total of $15 plus tax.

Work in Progress Studio Fee - If you do not finish you piece in one day, you can come back and finish it another day. That is what we would call WIP or a "Work In Progress". The studio fee is then only 1/4th of the cost of the piece when you come back. For example, to finish painting the napkin holder, which is $10, the WIP studio fee would be $2.50 plus tax.

We can hold pieces for up to two weeks as finished, fired pieces or as Works In Progress, but you can hold them at home indefinitely.

 

 

 

Ways To Save:

· Group Rates - 8 or more painters get 1/2 off the studio fee. There is no extra charge to use the Cloud Room.

· Email Coupons - Sign up (on the side bar)  for our e-mail list and receive valuable coupons & news of classes, etc.

· $12 Cap - One person has a $12 studio fee limit per day.

· Bulk Buy - Buy $100 of bisque, get a 20% discount, and one $12 studio fee covers the entire purchase. Get unlimited painting time.

· School Rates - Children paint 6" tiles for $6+tax per person. Discounts for larger groups. Children paint at their school or at Paint Your Pot.

· Teacher's Group Rates - It only takes 2 teachers (K-12) to get 1/2 off the studio fee. 8 or more teachers get double 1/2 off the studio fee.

· Waive WIP Fee - In the following situations, one studio fee covers unlimited days painting.

·     Mom/Dad has to come back & finish an infant or toddler piece

· Purchase $17.50 or more in bisque for one person.

· If you arrive 90 minutes or less before closing.

· If you leave less than 30 minutes before closing.

· If you come as an evening group of 6 or more.

· If your piece was purchased before the painting session.
