About 8 teens from Holy Ghost Church will be joining 3 other parishes on a 14-hour trip to Arteago, Mexico on June 10th. The group returns on June 18th. The teens will work on a building project in Arteago. The evenings will offer teachings on Catholic Social Justice Doctrine and an opportunity for daily mass and closing prayer. The trip will include a day in Saltillo where everyone will tour the cathedral, visit the local market and enjoy lunch at the Pollo Loco. Mr. Joey Quebedeaux, along with his son, Jacob, and Mr. Mike Pearson cooked 2 big pots of jambalaya. Mr. Charlie Durand provided the white beans. Holy Ghost Youth Ministry would like to thank the Knights of Columbus and Mr. Sal Lupo, our Grand Knight for their generosity and support in making this trip possible!
