JULY 2006

EVANGELISM

All the children were invited to the classes that took place from the 23 to the 26 of July.

STUDIES

We continue strong studies with: Isamar, Karina, Abigail and Mrs. Patricia, and Mrs. Adriana and her family.

VISITATION

We continue with Michel’s help visiting the homes of the Brethren and the people we visit.

SERVICES

We continue with the same schedule.

PERSONAL STUDY

Thanks to God and your great help, we have enough time to visit, give studies and prepare the different topics to present in the congregation as well as in homes. This is a great opportunity for me and I now feel more useful and happy to be able to help and serve others.

TEENS

Beginning this month, the teens (who are only girls) will begin to prepare what they would like to do in the month of October. This is when they are the hostesses of the monthly youth gathering for the churches in the area.

CONSTRUCTION

Thanks to God and to the brethren of Old Hickory, work continues on the building. From the 24^th to the 27^th we were working in coating the walls of the building and we have now begun to construct the second floor. Work also continued on the kitchen.

FELLOWSHIP

Thanks to God this activity grows stronger each day.

RESULTS

• Thanks to God, Abagial was baptized on the 20th of July at 8pm.
• The outer walls of the building are now finished.
• The kitchen is now almost finished.
• The congregation is very happy and excited because this month we have had a lot fo help from the children of the neighborhood. During the classes that the youth of Old Hickory were giving, the attendance grew. Sunday there was only one child, Monday there were 58 children, Tuesday there were 89, and Wednesday there were 125 children.
• This is a great result for us and thanks to God that we had the opportunity to participate in it.
