MONTHLY REPORT

FEBRUARY 2006

 

EVANGELISM

The evangelism continues around the building.  We are making plans to go to the streets where there are traffic lights in order to give out flyers and literature with the goal of finding more people to study with.

 

STUDIES

Studies continue with Cristian, Gustavo, Mrs. Patricia, and with a new family who arrived to meet with us.  The new familiy’s names are: Juan Ángel(Father), Sonia (Mother), Rebeca, Abigail (daughters), and Adrián (cousin of the daughters).  The parents are already baptized, but they were away from the church for a long time.  However, thanks to God, we have been able to have them once again be part of the church.  At this time these are the only people we are studying with.  The studies we had with brothers Franscisca, Baldomero and his family and Magdalena and her family have now ended.  Thanks to God, the results of these studies are that these brethren are now meeting with us on a more regular basis.  We continue to invite them to be more consistent in their attendance as they are still weak in their faith.  The studies we had with other unconverted people have been canceled for different motives of theirs, but we continue to visit them in order to once again be able to study with them.

 

SERVICES

We continue having services on the same days and times mentioned in the previous report.  As of next month, the Tuesday meetings will have the following change:

 

Tuesdays:    6:00pm to 7:00pm Women’s service

                   8:00pm to 9:00pm General service

 

HOME MEETINGS

During this month, there were two home meetings which took place in the building.

 

VISITATION

This work continues which has greatly benefited us.  It has united us as a church.

 

PERSONAL STUDY

We continue preparing ourselves for each one of the studies that we are imparting in the congregation as well as the studies we have with others.

 

FELLOWSHIP

Thanks to GOD, the fellowship meal has strengthened the brethren very much.  They are getting to know each other better and growing in confidence.

 

YOUTH

Thanks to God, we now have more teens in the congregation.  There are now 7 in the classes with Rolando who is in charge of them.  This causes us to be very happy since for many years we did not have teens in the congregation.

 

RESULTS

Thanks to God that this month has been one of great results which are:

 

  1. Brother Juan Ángel and his family are now meeting with us as active members.

 

  1. Sister Francisca has now started to be more constant in the activities of the church.

 

  1. The number of teens has grown.

 

  1. The attendance at the services has gotten even better.  During the week, about 15 to 18 brothers are present and on Sundays we have around 45 to 50 in attendance counting teens and visitors.

 

  1. There is continuous improvement in the song service.

 

 

Thanks to God that he continues to bless His church over the face of the earth in a great way.

 

Thanks again Brothers for all of the help – both Spiritual as well as economic – that you give us each day.

 

May God bless you always and continue maintaining you firm and strong in His Word.
