MONTHLY REPORT
AUGUST 2006
EVANGELISM
Each of the brethren have started to work with their families and their
neighbors.
STUDIES
We continue studying
very heavily with, Isamar, Karina,
Abigail and Mrs. Patricia and Mrs. Adriana and with Noe
(Rebeca’s boyfriend)
We continue visiting
Mrs. Adriana and her family.
VISITATION
With Michael’s help we
continue visiting the homes of the brethren and the other people we visit.
SERVICES
Beginning this month,
we are suspending the services on Tuesdays at 6pm, but we continue with the
services at 8pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
PERSONAL STUDY
Thanks to God and your
great help, we have sufficient time to visit, give studies and prepare the
different topics to present in the congregation as well as in homes. This is a great opportunity for me and I feel
more useful and happy being able to serve others.
TEENS
We continue preparing
for the area youth meeting to be held at our congregation on the 7th
of October. The teens are very motivated
since they will be the hosts.
CONSTRUCTION
We continue the work
on the building.
Thanks to God and to
each of the brethren who participate in this great work, we are almost finished
with the first floor and we have now started on the second floor.
FELLOWSHIP
Thanks to God, this
activity is stronger each day.
The fellowship each
Sunday has helped us to know and understand each other better.
MEN
Each of the men has
been invited to take charge of different activities in the congregation and
they have accepted this responsibility.
A study of the
government of the church has been started at the request of the brethren. At the moment we only have Brother Juan Ángel and his wife Sister Sonia with believing children (Rebeca and Abigail).
I think that we still need some time for the children of the other
brethren to believe and be baptized, but it is very important that from this
point all of the congregation should be prepared for when, Lord willing, we are
able to have a government in the church.
RESULTS
Thanks to God, Rebeca was baptized.
The exterior roofs of
the building are now practically finished.
The kitchen is now
finished
Two families are
visiting us and have plans to attend our services since they live close to the
building and they like the fellowship and organization of the church very much.
This for us is a great
result that, thanks to God, we have the opportunity to participate in. Thank you brothers for all
of your help and for all of your prayers.
