MONTHLY REPORT
APRIL 2008
· We continue working very hard with the children. Thanks to God, we now have more children.
· On Sundays, between 10 and 14 children attend in the morning and in the evening.
· On Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 15 and 20 children attend.
·
This month we had and activity for three
consecutive days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Around 30 children attended this activity.
· In each of the classes, the children have crafts, draw, paint, play, and study a Little from the Bible.
·
We have started the classes. At this time, we are studying on
Tuesdays. Elena and I are the students
and Chuy is the teacher.
·
We continue inviting the members as well as the
community to attend the classes.
·
We have also started classes with the children
since they have a lot of interest in learning.
The teacher is Ileana.
·
We continue the home meetings. This month the meeting took place in the building
with the purpose of letting the people who live around the building see more of
the activities of the church.
·
We continue with each of the services in the building.
· On Sundays at 10:00AM -- Studying the topic: Working as a Team.
· Sundays at 2:00PM
· Tuesdays are used for the English classes.
· Thursdays at 8:00 PM we are studying the second letter to the Corinthians.
· In this month, thanks to God, we were able to have Victor and Tania return to the church. Also, Sister Patricia returned to the church after a time of not attending.
· Some teens have come around the church to help us paint the walls. We have accepted their help thinking that this is a great opportunity to bring them to Christ.
· We continue the classes with the teen girls. Chuy gives the classes in the building and I am in charge of studying with them in their home.
· We continue studying with the same people mentioned in the previous reports. Thanks to God, the studies are going very well and we trust in God that very soon we will have baptisms.
· We continue with this activity in which we have attempted to help the brethren and be their friends at the same time.
Thanks to God and to you the church in Escobeo continues working and is being greatly blessed.
May God bless you always and maintain you firm in his
word.
