Board of Directors

Sullivans Trace  Homeowners Associations is located in Charlotte, NC. We are a proud community of homes, and Town Homes. These properties were built by  Beazer  Homes

Ideally located off the beaten path but with quick access to major roads connecting points throughout the region, we are two hours and half hours from both the beach and the mountains. We are close to regional business centers, major shopping centers, sports venues, parks, museums, and art centers. Community Updates:

Sullivans Trace Annual Community HOA took place this past Tuesday 7th of October. Special thanks for those neighbors who show up for this important meeting.  A new board of direct was voted on and announcement  for the various board position should be coming out soon. Special thanks to Officer Donna Burgess from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, Steel Creek Division and Community Coordinator for coming out and giving out important tips in Community Safety and Crime Watch

 A new Web Page has been added to expand on our Community Crime Watch Program and personal Safety & Awareness. There is also a Forum on our Community Bulletin Board to report crime and malicious activities around our neighborhood. We need volunteers to continue expanding our community Crime Watch program.
