There are fourteen graves marked with fieldstones and no inscriptions. One grave is that of a baby girl who died near here as her family was traveling through in the very early years. For many years, her family sent money to keep up her grave and place flowers on it. There are also many unmarked Native-American graves here, which may have first been an Indian burial ground, as Indian beads, cloth, etc., were found here in the distant past.
