1909 Old Soldier's Day

The following is an attempt to identify the men who attended the 1909 or 1910 Old Soldiers Reunion in Alpharetta, GA. I compared faces and names of the 1913 Old Soldiers Reunion Picture. Other means of identification have been through pictures provided by others, and the names on the picture I acquired.

Most of the information listed was gathered from Ancestry.com. Please use this information as a guideline, verify, and use with caution. Most of the men were listed on the 1900 or 1910 Milton Co., Census reports, and this is where I obtained their ages and birth states. Most were born in Georgia, unless otherwise stated. The Civil War Regiments and Company’s were also obtained from Ancestry.com. Many names were so common, like James, that I was unable to determine which Company some belonged to. Please verify their Civil War Service through a pension request, or other form of documentation. If anyone has corrections or further information please contact us.
