Can a women preach in front of a women's fellowship? Also, what's the difference between "preaching" and "sharing"?

The only prohibition for women in ministry is that they are not to be in spiritual authority over the men in the church (I Timothy 2:12). There’s no prohibition against women speaking/preaching to other women. In fact, the Bible commands that the older women “teach” the younger women (Titus 2:3-4).

Judging from the context of your question, I would guess that some have said women could “share” but not “preach” in the church? Sounds like someone playing word games to soothe a conscience. For me, the dividing line is the place of authority. If the woman is given a place of authority to instruct the men in the church in spiritual truths, there is a problem. The problem is not that she is incapable of teaching, but that the authority structure of the church must be protected. The authority structure of male leadership is established by God in the home, as well as in the church. It is an issue of assigned roles, not ability or value.

That doesn’t mean that women are never to have their voices heard in church. Women singing, praying, and even giving praises/testimonies come from a position of edifying the rest of the body of Christ through one’s life. But none of these are necessarily positions of authority. It’s completely different with preaching. That is the practical instruction and admonition to action from the word of God, so it would obviously be an authoritative position. THAT is what is specifically prohibited.
