Mammy's recipe for meatballs
 Yields: 6 Servings

Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef Lean
1/2 cup Bread crumbs
1/4 cup Grated Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Basil
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Water


 
Instructions
 Use seasonings to taste. Mix all together. May add more water to make softer meatballs. Form into meatballs about 1 - 1.5 inches in diameter. Fry in pan, or bake in oven to cook partially before adding to spaghetti sauce.
