My Regular Old Homemade Chili
Yields: 8 Servings


Ingredients

1 pound Ground beef
1 medium Onion chopped
1 medium Green pepper chopped
2 can (16 oz) Tomato crushed
1 can (16 oz) Tomato sauce
1 can (12 oz) Tomato paste
2 can (16 oz) Kidney beans dark red
Chili powder to taste
1 teaspoon Salt
Pepper to taste
8 ounce Cheddar shredded
8 ounce Elbow Macaroni Noodles cooked


 
Instructions
Brown ground beef with green pepper and onion. Add tomato ingredients, let cook on low about five minutes. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of water, if you want the chili a little thinner. Add kidney beans and spices. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover. Let simmer for at least 1/2 hour.

Serve over cooked macaroni. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
