Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef |

Instructions Brown ground beef with green pepper and onion. Add tomato ingredients, let cook on low about five minutes. Add 1/2 to 1 cup of water, if you want the chili a little thinner. Add kidney beans and spices. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover. Let simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Serve over cooked macaroni. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
