Yields: 6 Servings


Ingredients

6 ounce Elbow Macaroni Noodles 1.5 cups
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
2 tablespoon Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 dash Pepper
2 cup Milk
2 cup Velveeta cubed


 
Instructions
Cook macaroni according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, cook onion in butter till tender but not brown. Reduce heat. Add flour, salt and pepper; stir to combine. Add milk and cook over medium heat until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 1-2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Stir in cubed cheese; stir until melted. Carefully stir in cooked macaroni, then turn into 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is browned.
