This Thursday, June 12th,  Jazz On The Red performance
Time is 6:00 - 8:00 pm, place is Barnwell Center on Clyde Fant
Parkway, downtown Shreveport.  Anybody interested in meeting there, please
let me know so we can save a seat for you.  The performance is on the back
patio of the Barnwell and they sell liquid refreshments.  It is usually well
attended.

Saturday, June 14th, is also the monthly open to visitors day at Chimp Haven.
Time is 9:00 am to Noon.  You should be there in time to park, walk in and
be ready to see the chimps come out of the woods for treats at 9:00.  It is
quite awesome to see them in their natural surroundings, especially the baby
chimp.  Not many people have an opportunity to see such in their lifetime,
unless they safari to Africa, etc.  It is free, but they accept donations if
you want and list food trips you can bring for the Chimps.
