Charity Challenge

Donations

In an effort to give back to the community, the Scenic City Half Marathon and 5k features a special Charity Challenge.

As part of the Charity Challenge, a portion of each participant's entry fee will be donated to a participating charity of the participant's selection ($5 from half marathon entries, $2.50 from 5k entries).

Participants also have the opportunity to raise additional funds for the charity, if they choose, through a special online fund raising system.

During the online registration process participants will be asked to choose a charity to give a portion of their entry fee to. They will also be provided with an opportunity to set up an online fundraising page from which they can solicit additional donations for their selected charity.
