General Information
Fees
Dressage Tests: $25.00 per class, Combined Tests: $35.00 per class, Jumping & Sport Horse: $15.00 per class, Lead Line: $5.00, Office Fee: $10.00 per person, Clinic Fee: $95.00. Post Entries (Late Fees) an additional $5.00 per class will be added if your entries are not on time by date given to be in on.
MEMBERS ONLY - Special Entry Fee: - Pay One fee $110.00 plus Stabling (10 Classes Max).
Stabling - Is available on the grounds for $25.00 per Day.
Sport Horse Classes - Will use the Triangle Pattern.
Walk/Trot & Walk/Trot/Canter Classes - There will be no cross entry with the Walk/Trot and the Walk/Trot/Canter classes.
Awards & Ribbons - There will be a Trophy & six ribbons for all classes. High Point Trophy for each Division. High Point & Reserve Trophy for the Day. First place to receive 6 points, Second place 5 points, etc. All classes are eligible for points towards Daily High Point/Reserve.
Year End Awards - NWFLC will have Year End Awards in the Year 2006, You must attend 2 Approved Shows and 1 of the approved shows must be a NWFL Chapter Show, to Qualify for points you MUST be a member of the Northwest Florida Chapter.
Entries & Mailing - Entries will be accepted on a first come basis, no exception. All entries are to be mailed to the show secretary and received no later than September 23rd 2006. No refunds will be issued after closing date. Refunds will be issued prior to closing date only if accompanied by a Dr. or veterinarian certificate.

All fees MUST accompany entry forms.
All checks should be made to Northwest Florida Chapter of DSDCTA , Return check fee will be $30.00. You can send Entry Forms & Coggins by
E-mail to billmaryjane@bellsouth.net but you WILL NOT be entered in the show unless payment is made by the Closing Date.
No horse will be allowed on the show grounds without a Negative Coggins Test within the last 12 months. All horses must be serviceably sound. In case of suspected unsoundness, the Judges decision is Final.
Willow Bend South & Northwest Florida Chapter of DSDCTA will in no case be responsible for any Loss or Damage that MAY occur. It shall be a condition of entry that each exhibitor shall NOT hold Willow Bend South or Northwest Florida Chapter of DSDCTA or its employees harmless for any loss or accident, which MAY occur.
No Dogs - On Show Grounds.
Concessions - Will be available on the grounds.
