Dear all,
In a little chat with some Haitians patients in Hinche, Sacre-Coeur, I was
able to get their impressions about the medical mission. This was what helped
me to put this letter together.
In the name of all the Haitians, we deeply thank each one of you who in one
way or another helped the medical mission to be successful this year. We know
how much sacrifice it was to leave your country, job, family and comfort to
come to Haiti to serve us.
Also, for those who could not be physically present, we know how much you did
while you are in the US to make this possible. We really appreciate that and
will always keep you in our prayers.
Being able to treat all these Haitian patients was a lot of help. We are
praying the lord our savior to keep you and your family safe. Once again
thanks a lot for your concerned + help!!!

The Twinning Program Bids Farewell to
Dennis Andrews...At the April 23, 2007, meeting, Dennis Andrews announced that
after many years of dedicated service he will be handing over his post at the
helm of St. Monica's Twinning Program to Mark Coughlin, who will be assisted
by his wife, Susanne.

Upcoming Activities for St. Monica's Twinning Program. Critical needs
at Sacre Coeur and the city of Hinche have been identified. Activities are
underway this year to meet those needs. Join in on big band entertainment,
silent auctions, giving clean water to a city of 80,000, over the counter
medicine and baby formula drives, donate a doc-a-day in the clinic - you name
a way to get involved and make a difference & we have it on tap this year!
